Intuity Communications was set up in 2005 to give business owners the time, space, expertise and peace of mind they need to run their organisations efficiently and profitably.
Based in Letchworth in Hertfordshire, Intuity Communications supplies and supports telecoms systems for organisations of 30 to 3,000+ users in Herts, Beds, Bucks, Cambridgeshire, London and the south-east of the UK.
All businesses rely heavily on people to carry out the business strategy; our customers rely on us to maintain and keep the services that underpin their operations.
We take that responsibility seriously and are always striving to earn the right to call ourselves trusted advisors by all of our customers. The world of work continues to evolve and so too do we.

At Intuity Communications, we never blindly advocate a technology or consumption model as default, but instead strive to offer the best solution to the particular customer requirement.

Martin has worked in the telecoms industry for over three decades, gaining a wealth of experience working alongside resellers, distributors and vendors, before setting up his first business in 2001.
In 2005, Martin started Intuity Communications (formerly Support UK Limited), since when, he has built a business that serves customers around the globe. His industry reputation and continued success derive from his core values: honesty, integrity and customer-centricity.
Martin is very much at the heart of the business and works on a daily basis to deliver an exceptional customer experience. His technological expertise and knowledge of the leading vendors, unified communications, contact centres and cloud solutions, along with his ability to empathise with his customers, enables him to design communication solutions that support their business needs and future growth strategies. Martin’s resourceful and responsive approach guarantees that a project is delivered within agreed deadlines, and his attention to detail ensures total customer satisfaction.
Away from work, Martin’s main passion is his family; his wife, and two daughters. He loves to cook, experimenting with new dishes for his family to enjoy. Martin loves to travel and experience different cultures. Rugby has always been a big part of Martin’s life; both playing and watching. He recently hung up his boots after playing for many years for his local club, Letchworth, but is still a big supporter of their teams.

Mark has over 25 years’ industry experience, during which he has successfully delivered a wide range of professional services to a global audience.
With much of his career spent working for Avaya, leading their global services teams for the IP Office platform, Mark honed his ability to deliver high levels of measured customer satisfaction while remaining current with the latest in technology offering in the Unified Communications and Contact Centre market place today.
Mark joined the Intuity Communications team in 2014, enabling us to expand our partner base and grow the number of Unified Communications, Contact Centre and cloud solution customers, as well as streamlining our tools and processes to speed up and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
Outside of work, family life tops his interests, but when he can make the time he can be found supporting his local rugby club in Welwyn, where he played for many years and remains an active volunteer and VP member.
With an unflappable character, Mark is a key contributor to the team and can always be relied upon to approach any situation in a detailed, methodical way, and always with a clear focus on the customer.

Stephen graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Computer Science, with specialisms in networking, software engineering, databases, and machine learning. Since his arrival, Stephen has brought a dynamic edge to the engineering team and utilises his skills to enhance our customer integration and development requirements.
When Stephen isn’t being a technology wizard, he likes to spend his free time enjoying the outdoors, and loves to spend time on the South West coast. By way of relaxing, he enjoys reading modern and classic fiction and listening to a variety of music. He is a real dog lover and hopes to have one of his own at some stage.

Otherwise known to his friends and colleagues as “Zige”, our favourite analyst worked in the electronics and IT industry for over 25 years and has a wealth of experience in computer maintenance and audio-visual hardware.
He grew up and spent most of his life in Africa, where he developed his skills in product installation and maintenance, and gained experience in end user training. Since moving to the UK, Zige has deepened his knowledge of the IT sector and enjoys utilising his technology skills to assist others with their requirements. Zige has a naturally relaxed and cheery disposition, which enables him to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
Zige joined the Intuity Communications team in 2018 and brought with him a positive ‘can do’ approach. His main focus outside of the office is his love of music. He enjoys music production and hosts a radio show for a Nigerian radio station. His other passion is football and is a dedicated supporter of Arsenal, which allows for some friendly office banter between him and the rugby fans!
