Formed in the UK in 2011 with a head office in Royal Wootton Bassett, Imagine Cruising quickly grew their operation and now have office in South Africa, Australia (Perth and Sydney), Germany, and Dubai.

The platform choice was relatively simple as the Avaya IP Office, alongside the Liquid Voice call recording solution and Work Force Optimisation platform delivers the features and functionality to meet their needs. IP phones have been deployed globally and all sites are linked through the Avaya proprietary voice network to deliver seamless site to site call integration as if all users were in the same location.
